Premier Beef Return Policy
Premier Beef ships perishable food products with dry ice or gel packs to preserve them. You will be issued a tracking number when you order to estimate the arrival date. Therefore, it is crucial that someone be present when FedEx Ground or FedEx Air attempts a delivery of your order. If no one is at home when the carrier attempts delivery, the carrier will leave the product out of public view in its protective packaging. Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute the cooler. In the unlikely event a product is received incorrectly, spoiled, or shorted in the shipment, Premier Beef must be notified immediately within receipt of the product(s) in question for the consideration of a credit or refund to be issued, and/or processed and/or a re-shipment. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
Although we stand by and guarantee 100% wholesomeness in the products we sell, we do not accept claims on items that you or others do not like in taste, packaging, or shape. Our shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
